Direct from mill. Sheet does not come polished. May have scuffs from the mill's shear. Sheet is ready for your polishing process.
Fine silver contains more pure silver than Sterling. Sterling contains 92.5% silver and fine silver contains 99.9% silver. This mean that Sterling will tarnish over time and fine silver resists any tarnishing (unless you manually oxidize the wire for an antique look.)
This silver HAS BEEN TESTED and is 100% GUARANTEED to be .999 fine silver containing at least 99.9% pure silver. If your test results do not confirm my results, I will buy the silver back, INCLUDING POSTAGE.  You risk nothing to try it.
